This standard applies to the process that can produce quartz vapor condensate smoke in industrial production and the process of producing far-ultraviolet quartz glass, optical fiber and other materials by high-temperature hydrolysis of silicon tetrachloride. 2 Reference standards

The maximum permissible concentration of condensed silica dust in the air of workplace is 3mg/m3. 4 Monitoring and inspection methods
