Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the types and basic parameters of white-suction centrifugal pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps). This standard is applicable to pumps for conveying clean water, liquid food, gasoline, kerosene, diesel and corrosive liquids. The maximum temperature of the conveyed liquid is 80℃. The specified working pressure is 0.6MPa when H≤50m and 1MPa when H>50m. 2 Type

4 Basic parameters
4.1 The performance parameters of the pump at the specified point shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The values in the table are the performance parameters for clean water at room temperature. The performance working range of the system is shown in Figure 1.
4.2 When stainless steel materials are used, the efficiency of the pump is reduced by 3 percentage points according to the values in Table 1, and the self-priming time t shall meet the following conditions: 4.3
The self-priming height shall comply with the provisions of Table 2;
The inner diameter of the suction pipe of the pump shall be the same as the diameter of the suction port: The length of the horizontal section of the suction pipe shall not exceed 0.5m: The effective length of the suction pipe shall be greater than the specified self-priming height, but shall not exceed 0.5m. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 18, 1994

4 Basic parameters
