1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the type and basic parameters of small multistage centrifugal pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps). JB/T6435.1-92
This standard applies to pumps with the conveying medium being clean water or hot water below 120℃ or slightly corrosive liquids, and the maximum suction pressure not exceeding 0.3MPa.
2 Reference Standards
GB3216 Test Methods for Centrifugal Pumps, Mixed Flow Pumps, Axial Flow Pumps and Vortex Pumps 3 Types and Basic Parameters
3.1 Structural Type
The pump is divided into 3 structural types:
Multistage horizontal pump;
Multistage vertical pump;
Multistage pipeline pump.
According to the requirements of the conveying medium for the material, the pump is divided into ordinary type and all stainless steel type. 3.2 Basic parameters
The basic parameters of the pump shall comply with the provisions of the table. The basic parameters in the table are the values of the specified points when the water is clean at room temperature. 3.2.1
3.2.2 The working range of the pump is shown in the figure. The performance range of the pump at the specified point: flow rate 1.6 ~ 25m*/h, head 16 ~ 150m. 3.2.3 The performance deviation of the pump shall comply with the provisions of GB3216C. 3.3 Model Indication Method
