3 Necessary conditions before testing

Determination of noise sound pressure level of metal cutting machine toolsThe equipment to be tested must have a certificate of conformity, manufacturer name, equipment model, factory number and date. 3.1
3.2 The basic technical parameters of the equipment to be tested must comply with the provisions of JB/T5814. 3.3 The parts to be tested must be tested after all processing is completed. 3.4 The whole machine or parts of the equipment to be tested must be assembled and adjusted before testing. 3.5 The brand, standard, content, pressure and power supply of the materials (including semi-finished products), lubricants, hydraulic oil, water, gas, electricity, etc. used for testing must be suitable for the equipment to be tested, and their values and performance must be recorded. 3.6 The devices, instruments, meters (including those used for testing), tools, molds, etc. used for testing must have a valid metrological appraisal certificate and meet the requirements of the test items. 3.7 The safety and sanitation of the testing site must comply with the relevant national regulations, eliminate hidden dangers, avoid accidents, and ensure the safety of testing personnel and equipment.
3.8 The test environment conditions (ambient temperature, relative humidity, earthquake sources around the site, etc.) should comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124. 4 Testing procedures and items

General item testing methods
5.1 Noise testing
5.1.1 Conduct noise testing in accordance with ZBJ50004. 5.1.2 For large or extra-long testing equipment, the microphone measurement point is specified as the operating position of the equipment, and its height from the ground is 1500mm.
When testing noise, noise sources such as motors and fans should be shielded. 5.1.32
5.1.4 Its requirements should comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8657. 5.2 Appearance quality inspection
Visually inspect the installation and arrangement of pipes and lines for oil, water, gas, electricity, etc. 5.2.1
Use conventional measuring tools to measure the appearance quality of the combination and dislocation between non-machined surfaces, and visually inspect the quality of the exposed machined surfaces and coating surfaces. Use paint film samples to inspect the paint film quality. 5.2.3
5.2.4 The appearance quality requirements shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.11 and JB/DQ8657. 5.3 Electromechanical safety device inspection
5.3.1 After the equipment is powered on, check that the equipment action should comply with the requirements of the schematic diagram. 5.3.2 The grounding resistance of the metal casing is tested with a 500V megohmmeter. Safety protection facilities should be tested for action 3 to 5 times. 5.3.3
Processing of test results
After the equipment is tested, the requirements and test results should be written in the test report. a.
