3.2 The abrasive code and its particle size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2476 and GB/T2481.1 and 2481.2. 3.3 The binder code shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2484. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The limit deviation of the basic size of the grinding block is shown in Table 2. Table 2

5 Test method
5.1 Visual inspection of appearance quality.

5.2 The limit deviation of basic size is measured with a vernier caliper or steel ruler. 5.3 Hardness is tested with a 28cm sand chamber hardness machine according to GB/T2490. For abrasive block products whose dimensions do not meet the sandblasting hardness test conditions, the manufacturer can prepare samples that can represent the quality level of this batch of products and meet the sandblasting hardness test conditions for hardness testing. 5.4 Water absorption shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of JB/T7999. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Product factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 and Chapter 5. 6.2 Hardness, appearance, size and water absorption shall be sampled and inspected in accordance with GB/T2828: the sampling plan adopts a single sampling plan;
The inspection level adopts the special inspection level S-3; the classification of unqualified items and the qualified quality level AQL shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. Among them, Class B unqualified items are counted by block, and Class C unqualified items are counted by item.

7 Marking and packaging
7.1 Abrasive block products should have the following markings:
a) Manufacturer name or trademark,

b) Product name, shape, specification, material, particle size, binder, standard number; c) Year and month of manufacture.
7.1.1 For products with smaller sizes, labels can be attached to the packaging instead. 7.1.2 The markings must be clear, neat and firm, and meet the requirements of transportation, storage and preservation. 7.2 The packaging of abrasive block products shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2495. 7.3 The product shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity.
