Summary:
This standard specifies the product classification, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of flameproof plugs (hereinafter referred to as plugs). This standard applies to the design, manufacture and inspection of plugs: plugs are used as connecting devices for cables and electrical equipment in factories or underground coal mines where the surrounding environment contains explosive gas mixtures and corrosive media. This standard is a revision of JB4312-86 "Flameproof Plugs". 20003317
This standard cancels the structural dimension requirements of the socket and the plug rod in the original standard and increases the maximum matching clearance. At the same time, the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of the original standard are supplemented and modified to coordinate with the relevant major standards. This standard replaces JB4312-86 from the date of implementation. Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C of this standard are all appendices of the standard. This standard is proposed and managed by Shenyang Electric Drive Research Institute. The drafting units of this standard are: Shenyang Rongxin Explosion-proof Electric Appliance Factory, Dalian Switch Factory Branch, Xuzhou Explosion-proof Electric Appliance Factory, Kaifeng Explosion-proof Electric Appliance Factory, Shenyang North Explosion-proof Electric Appliance Factory, Datong Explosion-proof Electric Appliance Factory. The main drafters of this standard are: Di Hongyan, Bian Junwei, Zhang Jizhong, Yang Yuhang, You Chunshan, Hou Surong, Tian Yongfeng. AC: 36, 127, 220, 380, 660, 1140V. DC: 36, 48, 60, 110, 220, 400V. 3.2.4 The working system of the plug includes eight-hour working system and uninterrupted working system. 3.3 The matching dimensions of the socket and the plug of the conductive rod of the plug (including the dimensions of the conductive connecting bolt rod) shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.1 In addition to complying with the provisions of this standard, plugs shall also comply with the relevant provisions of GB3836.1 and GB3836.2; and shall be manufactured in accordance with the prescribed procedures based on drawings and documents approved by the national quality supervision and inspection department, and may only be produced after obtaining the "explosion-proof certificate" issued by the inspection department.
Plugs shall be able to work reliably under the environmental conditions specified in Table 2. 4.2
