The types and basic dimensions of brushes shall comply with the provisions of Table 丨 and Figure 1. Table 1

The brushes shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.1
The brush wood strips must be made of machine wood or materials with mechanical and physical properties similar to machine wood. The brush wood strips shall not have defects such as rot, moths, live knots and dead wood. The moisture regain of wood shall not be greater than 13%.
Before the brush wood strips are threaded with leaves, shellac varnish must be applied. The specification of the ethylene line is ethylene 43D×6.
The joints of the ethylene line threaded with the brush shall not exceed the height of the hair, and there shall be no broken strands, and there shall be no wire joints on the back of the wood strips. When brushing, the hair in the hole must be full, and there must be no looseness or hair loss. The brush must be filled with shellac varnish and filled evenly. Factory inspection and acceptance rules

4.4 The ordering unit can sample the product quality according to this standard. If the inspection results are unqualified, the number should be doubled for re-inspection. If there are still unqualified products, the product is unqualified, but the manufacturer is allowed to repair the batch of products and resubmit for re-inspection. If the product is not qualified after resubmission, the user is allowed to return it.
5 Marking and packaging
The brush strip should be printed with the manufacturer's mark.
5.2 The brush can be packed in simple packaging or wooden packaging boxes according to user requirements. The box should be covered with moisture-proof, insect-proof materials and insect-proof drugs. Each package should be accompanied by the manufacturer's quality inspection certificate. 5.3
The outer wall of the packaging box should be marked as follows:
a) Manufacturer's name;
b) Brush mark and name;
c) Packing box weight, kg;
d) Year and month of manufacture:
e) Destination station and receiving unit;
) Shipping station and shipping unit;
