This verification system table is applicable to the verification of colorimetric measuring instruments for the surface of objects. It specifies the purpose of the national reference for colorimetric units, the full set of basic measuring instruments included in the reference, the basic metrological parameters of the reference, the procedure for transferring colorimetric values to working measuring instruments with the help of working references and standard measuring instruments, and points out its uncertainty and basic verification methods, etc. Colorimetry is divided into surface colorimetry and light source colorimetry. The colorimetry involved in this verification system table refers only to surface colorimetry.
2 Measurement reference instruments
2.1 National colorimetry reference
2.1.1 The national colorimetry reference is used to reproduce the colorimetric measurement unit, and transmit the value to the whole country through the colorimetric working reference plate and the first-level standard white plate, the second-level standard white plate and the special standard reflector to ensure the accuracy and uniformity of the colorimetric value in my country. The national colorimetric reference consists of a reference device and a reference white plate. 2.1.2 The national colorimetric reference device can realize the absolute measurement of the spectral reflectance factor, and the reference white plate is an approximate perfect reflecting diffuser. The value reproduced by the national colorimetric reference is the absolute spectral diffuse reflectance factor, and the corresponding colorimetric value is calculated through the standard illuminant and standard colorimetric observer specified by the International Commission on Illumination (CIE). my country has established a national colorimetric reference under 0/d conditions. 0/d condition refers to the geometric condition of illumination/observation, that is, the light source illuminates the sample directly, and the reflected light is diffused by the integrating sphere and received by the detector. 2.1.3 The measurement range and uncertainty of the national chromaticity standard are shown in Table 1. 2.2.1 The value transfer from the standard to the working standard is carried out on the chromaticity standard device. The national chromaticity working standard is obtained by comparative measurement of the chromaticity standard value transfer device. The method is: use the spectral diffuse reflection factor of the reference plate to calibrate the colorimetric reference device within the corresponding wavelength range, and measure the spectral diffuse reflection factor of the working reference plate by comparison method.
The colorimetric reference white plate is a sulfuric acid lock spray plate, which requires a high diffuse reflection factor, good diffusion performance, and a small spectral selectivity 1
