3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements

3.1.1 Products shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures3.1.2 All materials of parts shall be accompanied by certificates of conformity, otherwise they shall be tested and assayed and can only be used after they are qualified. 3.1.3 After annealing, cast iron parts shall not have defects such as scarring, shrinkage, pores, sand inclusions, etc. that affect strength. The performance shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9439.
3.1.4 Steel castings shall be annealed. For defects that are allowed to be repaired, they shall be repaired before finishing. After welding, the welding internal stress should be eliminated. Performance should comply with the provisions of GB/T11352
3.1.5 All dimensions without tolerances marked on the drawings should comply with the provisions of Class m in GB/T1804. 3.2 Main parts
3.2.1 Sheaves and rollers
3.2.1.1 The material should comply with the provisions of ZG270-500 steel in GB/T11352. 3.2.1.2 The radial runout and end face runout of the outer circle and the reference end face to the inner hole axis should comply with the provisions of Class 11 in GB/T1184. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 28, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000

3.2.1.3 The cylindrical tolerance of the inner hole should comply with the provisions of Class 8 in GB/T1184. 3.2.2 Shaft
3.2.2.1 The material shall comply with the provisions of 45 steel in GB/T699. 3.2.2.2 After quenching and tempering, the hardness shall be 220~250HB. 3.2.2.3
After rough machining, ultrasonic flaw detection shall be carried out according to the third level specified in JB4730. 3.2.2.4 At the assembly of rolling bearings, the cylindrical tolerance of the journal shall comply with the provisions of level 7 in GB/T1184. 3.2.3 Bushing
3.2.3.1 The cylindrical tolerance of the inner hole and outer circle shall comply with the provisions of 3.2.1.3 and 3.2.2.4. 3.2.3.2 The circular runout of the outer circle to the inner hole axis shall comply with the provisions of level 8 in GB/T1184. 3.3 Assembly
3.3.1 All parts can be assembled only after they have passed the inspection. 3.3.2 Each fastener must be fastened securely and not loose. 3.3.3 Turn the rope wheel by hand, the rope wheel should be able to rotate flexibly and without abnormal noise. 3.4 Paint
3.4.1 The guide wheel must be free of burrs, rust and oil stains before painting. 3.4.2 The painted surface should be uniform and complete, and no roughness or unevenness is allowed. 3.4.3
The non-machined surface of the rope wheel (or roller) is painted with red paint, and the non-machined surface of other parts is painted with gray paint. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 The radial circular runout and end circular runout of the outer circle and reference end face of the guide wheel to the axis shall comply with the provisions of Class 12 in GB/T1184.
4.2 After the guide wheel passes the inspection, the quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall issue a product quality certificate. 5 Marking and packaging
5.1 Each guide wheel shall be fixed with a product label in an obvious position, and its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306, and the following contents shall be marked:
a) Product name;
b) Product model:
c) Main technical parameters:
d) Production date:
e) Production number:
f Manufacturer name.
