1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the calculation formula and limit size table of M value (bar spacing MR, cross-bar spacing Mk) and W value (average length of external spline common normal) of cylindrical spur involute splines with a standard pressure angle of 37.5°. This standard is applicable to involute splines with a pressure angle of 37.5° designed and manufactured according to GB/T3478.1. 2 Reference standards

For the internal spline measuring rods with a module of 0.5 to 10 mm, a number of teeth of 10 to 100, a tolerance grade of 4 to 7 and a basic deviation of H, the maximum value MRimax and the minimum value MRimin of the rod diameter DRi and the rod spacing are shown in Tables 1 to 14. ·5.2 Measuring rod dimensions of external splines
5.2.1 The measuring rod diameter Dke, the minimum value MRemin and the maximum value MRemax of the span distance for external splines with a module of 0:5 to 10 mm, a number of teeth of 10 to 100, a tolerance grade of 4 to 7 and a basic deviation of h are shown in Tables 15 to 28. 5.2.2 When the basic deviation of the external spline is not h, the span distance dimension shall be calculated according to the formula listed in 3.2.2, or the span distance value in the table may be corrected after the difference AM is calculated according to the following formula. 5.3 The measuring rod diameters Dk and Dk listed in Tables 1 to 28 are determined according to 3.1.1 and 3.2.1. If necessary, make a flat surface on the gauge rod to avoid contact with the bottom of the spline. 5.4 When the actual diameter of the measuring rod selected is different from the diameter listed in the standard, the maximum value Mrimax and minimum value MRimin of the internal spline rod spacing, and the minimum value Mremin and maximum value MRemax of the external spline span rod spacing, shall be calculated according to the actual measuring rod diameter. 6 Limit value of the average length W of the normal line
6.1 The limit value of the average length W of the normal line of the external spline with a module of 0.5 to 10 mm, a number of teeth of 10 to 100, a tolerance grade of 4 to 7, and a basic deviation of h, is shown in Tables 29 to 42.
