Guidelines for the Rational Use of Pesticides (VI)
This part is the seventh part of GB/T8321. This part of GB/T8321 is formulated to guide the scientific, rational and safe use of pesticides, effectively prevent and control crop diseases, insect pests and weeds, and keep the pesticide residues in agricultural products within the prescribed limit standards, protect the environment and safeguard human health. This part is formulated based on the results of the pesticide residue test in 1996-1998, in accordance with the existing maximum pesticide residue limit (MRI) values ​​of my country, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO)/World Health Organization (WHO) and other countries. The application rate (concentration) and application method in this part shall be determined in accordance with the "Pesticide Registration Announcement". This part is proposed and managed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China, and is drafted by 30 units including the Pesticide Inspection Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture. 3 Implementation instructions
GB/T 8321. 7--2002
3.1 When preventing and controlling crop diseases, insect pests and weeds, the principle of "prevention first, comprehensive prevention and control" should be implemented, and various effective non-chemical prevention and control methods should be actively adopted; when using pesticides, local areas should adapt to local conditions and use them flexibly, but the application amount (concentration) and the maximum number of uses specified in this part of GB/T8321 should not be exceeded; it is recommended that different types of pesticides be used alternately. 2 Relevant departments in various places should do a good job in publicity and education, popularize scientific, reasonable and safe use of pesticides, and improve the quality of pesticide applicators.
