Summary:
JB/T 1118—2001 This standard is a revision of JB/T 1118—1981 "F1 type float valve". During the revision, the provisions for the weight tolerance of each F1 type float valve were added; F1 type float valves made of 0Cr18Ni9 and 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 materials for 4mm stainless steel plates were added, and the materials were modified accordingly according to the changes in steel standards. This standard specifies the varieties, specifications, technical requirements, markings and packaging of F1 type float valves. Compared with JB/T1118-1981, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: the provisions on the weight tolerance of each F1-type float valve have been added to the technical requirements 4.3; the F1-type float valve made of OCr18Ni9 and 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 materials suitable for 4mm stainless steel trays have been added to Table 1, and the material has been modified accordingly according to the changes in steel standards. 3 Varieties and specifications
Dimensions, shapes, weights and tolerances of cold-rolled steel sheets and strips Stainless steel cold-rolled steel sheets
General tolerances Tolerances of linear and angular dimensions without tolerances Technical conditions for tower trays
3.1 Type F1 float valves are divided into light valves and heavy valves: light valves are punched from thin steel sheets with a thickness of 1.5 mm; heavy valves are punched from thin steel sheets with a thickness of 2.Q mm. 3.2 The minimum opening of the type F1 float valve is 2.5 mm; the maximum opening (Hs) is 8.5 mm. 3.3F1 type float valve is made of the following three materials: ocr13;
OCr18Ni9;
0Cr17Ni12Mo2
If other materials are needed, they can be separately proposed when ordering and indicated in the drawing. 3.4The applicable plate thickness of the float valve manufactured according to this standard is 2, 3, 4mm; the size of the air riser hole is Φ39imm. 3.5The basic parameters and dimensions of F1 type float valve shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1~Figure 2 and Table 1. 4 Technical requirements
4.1The material selection of F1 type float valve shall comply with the provisions of GB3280, and shall be punched with steel plates of [A] grade accuracy specified in GB Jiang 708. For the same batch of orders, try to use the same batch of steel plates. 4.2The free size tolerance of the float valve shall comply with the m-grade requirements specified in GB1804. 4.3 The weight tolerance of F1 type float valve is: light valve shall not exceed ±0.000kg, heavy valve shall not exceed ±0.000&g. The weight of float valve shall be sampled in batches and the average value shall be taken to meet the requirements of this standard. 4.4 The inner and outer edges and bent feet of the float valve shall not have burrs that affect installation and use. 5 Marking and packaging
5.1 The float valve mark consists of four parts:
-F1 means "type 1 float valve";
-Q means "light valve";
Z means "heavy valve";
2,3,4 means the thickness of the tower plate applicable to the float valve is 2,3,4mm respectively;A means the material of the float valve is OCr13;
-B means the material of the float valve is OCr1&Ni9;C means the material of the float valve is OCr17Ni12Mo2. Marking example:
For F1 type heavy valve with a tower plate thickness of 3mm and made of 0Cr18Ni9 steel, the mark is: float valve F1Z-3BJB/T1118-2001
If the user needs, the mark can be printed on the surface of the finished product. The printing method and marking content shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5.3 The acceptance and packaging of the float valve shall comply with the provisions of B/T1205. r48
