Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the structural type, dimensions, technical requirements and selection regulations of light-shielded glass plate liquid level gauges with a nominal pressure of 2.5MPa 1. 0.1
. This standard is applicable to glass plate liquid level gauges with a nominal pressure of 2.5MPa and an operating temperature of 0~250℃.
The corrosion allowance in this standard shall be as specified in Table 1.0.2. 1.0.2

Structural type, basic parameters and dimensions
The structural types of this standard are two types of liquid level gauges: "bottom equipped with valve" and "bottom equipped with screw plug", which are further divided into "ordinary type" and "insulation type". The basic parameters and dimensions are shown in Table 3.0.1 and Figure 3.0.1. The glass plate is in accordance with the standard QB776-80 "Glass plate and corrugated glass tube for liquid level gauges", and the specification number is T280.

Selection regulations
Flange size and type for external connection
The nominal diameter of the flange is DN20 or 3/4*.
The flange types are A, B and C, and their connection dimensions are as follows5. 1. 2
Type A: Raised face flange (RF), according to HGJ50-91, PN4.0Type B: Raised face flange (M), according to HGJ5]-91, PN4.0Type C: Raised face flange (RF), according to ANSIB16.5W.N.300#. 5.2
