This specification is based on the arrangement of the former China National Petroleum Corporation (98) Zhongyou Technology Supervision No. 33 "Notice on Issuing the 1998 National Standard and Industry Standard Formulation and Revision Project Plan for the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry", and the Daqing Oilfield Construction Design Institute is responsible for revising the "Oilfield Water Injection Design Specification" SYI5-89. This revision summarizes the experience of onshore oilfield water injection design in my country in the past decade and the application results of new technologies and processes. It widely solicits the revision opinions of various design units on the original design specifications, makes partial modifications to the content and structure, adds injection polymers, terminology explanations and other contents: At the same time, the writing format has also been greatly adjusted: and the "Oilfield Water Distribution Room Design Specification SYT0070-93" compiled by the Survey and Design Institute of Henan Petroleum Exploration Bureau was revised and compiled into this specification. From the date of its entry into force, this specification will replace SYJ5-89 and SY→I0070-93 at the same time.
This specification is proposed by China National Petroleum Corporation. This specification is under the jurisdiction of the Planning and Design Institute of China National Petroleum Corporation. The main editor of this specification: Daqing Oilfield Construction Design Institute. The participating units of this specification: Survey and Design Institute of Henan Petroleum Exploration Bureau. This specification is interpreted by the Daqing Oilfield Construction Design Institute.
1.0.1 In order to meet the needs of oilfield water injection project construction, unify design standards and technical requirements, ensure design quality, and achieve the goals of advanced technology, economic rationality, and safety and applicability, this specification is specially formulated.
1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the design of new, expanded, and rebuilt oilfield water injection projects on land. bZxz.net
1.0.3 The design of oilfield water injection engineering shall be based on the approved "Oilfield Development Plan" and designed in accordance with the principles of increasing production and saving, energy saving and consumption reduction; and shall follow the principles of protecting the environment, comprehensive utilization, and turning harm into benefit. After the oilfield produced water is treated and qualified, it shall be given priority for reinjection.
1.0.4 The design of oilfield water injection engineering shall actively and prudently adopt new processes, new equipment, new materials, and new scientific research results; conscientiously summarize experience and continuously improve the design level. 1.0.5 In addition to complying with this specification, the design of oilfield water injection engineering shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant mandatory standards currently in force in the country. 2 Terms
2.0.1 Oilfield water injection engineering Oilfield water injection engineering The general term for surface production facilities and auxiliary production facilities for water injection in the field. 2.0.2 Closed water injection system Closed water injection system A water injection system that takes air isolation measures in the low-pressure part, such as oil seals or air seals in the water storage tank and water seals at the pump inlet packing. 2.0.3 Water injection pressure is the pressure at the wellhead where water is injected into the oil layer to maintain the oil layer pressure. 2.0.4 Polymer
A natural or synthetic substance with a high molecular weight formed by the polymerization of a large number of simple molecules (monomers). Polymers used for water injection are mainly polyamides with a relative molecular mass of usually 800 × 104 --2300 × 104. 2.0.5 Prepositive liquid is a liquid injected to protect the front edge of the polymer plug (displacing liquid) from being adsorbed, diluted and weakening the displacement effect.
2.0.6 Displacing liquid is a polymer solution injected to improve the oil displacement effect. 2.0.7 Primary polymer liquor is a polymer solution diluted to become the injection liquid (can be referred to as the mother liquor). 2.0.8 Aging
The process of fully dissolving the polymer in water. 2.0.9 Polymer dispersing device A device that evenly mixes the polymer and water in proportion. 2.0.10 Polymer preparation station A station that mixes the polymer and water in proportion to prepare a polymer solution. 2.1 Polymer injection station
