6.1 Each batch of lipophilic polyol products is a batch of 62 sampling units according to the provisions of Table 2 in GB/T6678, the sampling unit is calculated by the packaging barrel, the sampling method is carried out according to the method specified in GB/T6680, and the sampling volume is not less than 1k. Solid polyester polyol is sampled after melting, the melting temperature is 70~80, 6.3 Mix the sample carefully and pack it into two clean and dry glass ground-mouth bottles and seal them. A label is affixed to the bottle, indicating the manufacturer's name, product name, batch number, sampling date and name of the sampler. One bottle is used for inspection and one bottle is kept for three months for future reference. 6.4 Each batch of products must be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a quality inspection report. (5) The hydroxyl value, acid value, moisture, chromaticity and reaction index in Table 2 of Article 4 of this standard are all factory inspection items. 6.6 If the user unit needs to inspect the received products, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The inspection shall be carried out within two months of receiving the product.
67 If a certain inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be resampled with twice the number of sampling units, and the unqualified items shall be retested, and the grade shall be determined by the retest results. 6.8 When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, the two parties shall negotiate to resolve the dispute, or ask the statutory quality supervision and inspection department to arbitrate. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
The surface of the packaging container of mulberry aldehyde polyol shall have Clear and firm markings shall be marked with the product name, trademark, model, net weight, manufacturer's name, moisture-proof mark and this standard number.
7.2 Packaging
This product is packaged in a clean and dry 200L galvanized iron barrel. The barrel cover is strictly sealed and has an outer cover. Each package shall be accompanied by a quality certificate indicating the batch number, grade and production date. 7.3 Transportation
This product shall be strictly prevented from being dripped and contaminated during transportation. Handle it with care. This product is a non-dangerous product.
7.4 Storage
The product shall be stored at room temperature in a ventilated and dry warehouse. The storage period of this product is six months from the date of production. If the storage period exceeds the storage period, it can be inspected according to the provisions of this standard. If it meets the quality requirements, it can continue to be used. A3.6 Within 1 hour after the sample is transferred to the glass cup, measure the viscosity of the solution in the glass cup every 10min, and within the next 2 hours, measure the viscosity every 20min until the viscosity reaches 2000Pa*s.A4 Expression of analysis results
Use semi-logarithmic coordinate paper to represent viscosity on the vertical axis and reaction time on the horizontal axis, draw a graph, and find out the time when the viscosity reaches 2000Pa·8 from the graph, min.
A5 Test report
The test report should include the following items:
