4.1 The manufacturer should ensure that the product complies with the provisions of this standard. Each roll of paper should be accompanied by a product certificate. Customized
4.2 User acceptance shall be based on the number of pieces delivered per batch. The delivery test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828 "Batch-by-Batch Inspection, Counting and Sampling Procedures and Sampling Tables".
4.3 Inspection items are divided into heavy defects and light defects. The indicators of heavy defects are tensile strength, breakdown voltage, and pH value. Other indicators are minor defects. The inspection level is based on the general inspection level (I). The secondary normal sampling heavy defect index implements the qualified quality level 4.0. The light defect index implements the qualified quality level 6.5 (the qualified quality level is calculated as the percentage of non-conforming products). 228 | | tt |
4.5 Sampling inspection can test the main technical indicators or all indicators according to the user's requirements. When the sampling test results do not meet the judgment number, the production factory should be notified to jointly re-sample and test. If it still fails, the batch will be judged as unqualified and the production factory will be responsible for handling it. 4.6DLZ-A dry paper media loss tangent tga (100℃) is not used as the basis for factory and delivery testing. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 Carry out according to QB45 "Paper Packaging and Marking", and make the following additions: 5.1.1 The end face of the roll should be neat and clean, the bow shape should not exceed 10mm, and the zigzag shape should not exceed 5mm . 5.1.2 The number of broken ends in each roll of DLZ-ADLZ-B cable paper shall not be more than 3. Conductivity of water extract of insulating paper and cardboard Measurement (supplement)
An instrument that can measure conductance or susceptance. The minimum reading of the instrument is 10-2ms/m, the accuracy is 5%, and the measurement frequency is 50~1000Hz. A1.2 Constant temperature water bath
A1.3 250mL hard glass or quartz Erlenmeyer flask with reflux condenser. Before use, it should be treated several times with distilled water with a conductivity less than 0.2ms/m, so that after boiling for 60 ± 5 minutes, the conductivity of the distilled water is no more than 0.2ms/m. Otherwise, take another bottle and reprocess it. A2 Reagent
A2.1 Distilled water with conductivity not greater than 0.2ms/m. Generally, distilled water can meet the requirements after being treated with ion exchange resin. Preparation of A3 specimen
A3.1 specimen shall be collected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB450 "Methods for Collection of Average Samples of Paper and Paperboard and Treatment of Samples Before Inspection".
A3.2 Use clean tools to cut the sample into 10mm×10mm pieces and store it in a sample bottle for later use. Wear clean gloves when preparing samples to avoid contaminating the samples. When storing, it should be stored away from acid mist in a clean ground-mouthed jar with a lid. A4 Test steps and calculation results
A4.1 Weigh 5 ± 0.002g of air-dried sample, put it into a 250mL Erlenmeyer flask, and add 100mL of freshly boiled distilled water (its conductivity is not greater than 0.2ms/m) Install a reflux condenser, boil slowly on a water bath for 60 ± 5 minutes, cool in a covered Erlenmeyer flask, and adjust to 23 ± 0.5°C. Be careful to avoid breathing carbon dioxide in the air. A4.2 Then wash the conductivity cell twice with the extraction solution, pour the extraction solution into the conductivity cell, and measure the conductivity at 23 ± 0.5°C. A blank test was performed at the same time.
The conductivity of the A4.3 extract is calculated according to formula (A1) (expressed in ms/m): rate, ms/m;
The conductivity of the sample extraction solution, ms/m;
G, the conductivity of the blank test, ms/m.
Carry out two measurements at the same time, take the arithmetic mean as the measurement result, take two significant figures, and the error between the calculated values ??of the two measurements should not exceed 10%. If it exceeds, take another sample and re-measure. Additional notes:
