HG/T2435--93
This standard specifies the product classification, specification and size, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage methods of borosilicate glass tubes and fittings with a nominal diameter of 15 to 150 mm. This standard applies to borosilicate glass tubes and fittings for conveying corrosive gases and liquids. (hereinafter referred to as pipes and fittings) 2 Reference standards

3.1 End: a pipe end with a special shape,

3.2 Adjustment pad: a glass pad used to adjust the length between the two ends, 3.3do: the reference diameter of the spherical end, which is also the reference diameter for measuring the length L. 4 Product classification and specifications and dimensions
Tubes and fittings are divided into two categories according to the sealing structure: spherical end and flat end. 4.1
Tube fittings can be divided into the following categories according to their functions: adjustment pad, reducer, elbow, tee, cross and valve 4.2
Specifications and deviations of tubes and fittings.
4.3.1The length of the glass tube and its deviation shall conform to the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1. Table 1

3 Technical requirements
5.1 Physical and chemical properties of materials
5.1.1 The average linear thermal expansion coefficient of glass in the range of 20300℃: (3.3±0.1)×10~k-15.1.2 Density of glass: 2.23±0.02g/cm2.5.1.3 The water resistance of glass shall not be lower than Grade 1 specified in GB6582. 5.1.4 The alkali resistance of glass shall not be lower than Grade A2 100 specified in GB6580

5.1.5 The acid resistance of glass shall not be lower than Grade 1 specified in QB513. 5.2 Performance of pipes and fittings
5.2.1 Heat resistance of pipes and fittings
5.2.1.1 Thermal shock temperature of pipes and fittings
The temperature difference of thermal shock resistance of DN<100mm shall not be less than 120℃, and the temperature difference of thermal shock resistance of DN>100mm shall not be less than 110℃. 5.2.1.2 Operating temperature of pipes and fittingswwW.bzxz.Net
When the operating temperature of pipes and fittings is greater than that specified in 5.2.1.1, it shall be negotiated by both parties. Note: The glass specified in this standard can maintain its strength without deformation at a temperature close to its strain point (510℃). 5.3 Defects in glass

5.3.1 Impurities such as iron filings and rust are not allowed to exist in the glass. 5.3.2 Nodules with stress greater than that specified in Article 5.2.3 are not allowed to exist in the glass. 5.3.3 The size and number of stones in the glass are specified in Table 9. The distance between any two stones shall not be less than 50mm. 5.4 Geometric dimensions of pipes and fittings The dimensions and deviations of pipes and fittings shall comply with the provisions of Tables 1 to 7 and Appendix C. 6 Test methods Pipe length 100~150 Stone diameter No more than 3 pieces within the range of 10×10 Note: Pipe fittings and doors are measured according to pipes with L<1000mm. 6.1 The average linear thermal expansion coefficient of glass shall be measured according to ZBO Density shall be determined according to the provisions of GB5432. 3 Technical requirements

5.2.1 Heat resistance of pipes and fittings
5.2.1.1 Thermal shock temperature of pipes and fittings
The temperature difference of thermal shock resistance of DN<100mm shall not be less than 120℃, and the temperature difference of thermal shock resistance of DN>100mm shall not be less than 110℃. 5.2.1.2 Operating temperature of pipes and fittingswwW.bzxz.Net

5.3 Defects in glass
