Working surface diameter
Working surface length
The superhard abrasives used in the products shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6405, GB/T6406, GB/T6408 and JB/T7989. 4.1.2The substrate hardness shall not be less than 56HRC.
4.2 Appearance requirements
The abrasive particles of the coating shall be evenly distributed and firmly combined. There shall be no tumors higher than the abrasive particles on the coating. The coating shall not be higher than the abrasive particles.
The substrate surface of the non-abrasive layer shall have a decorative coating. The coating is not allowed to peel or delaminate.
There shall be no burrs, pits or rust spots on the product surface. 4.3 Dimensional deviation
The dimensional deviation of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

5Test method
5.1 General requirements inspection
JB/T 7991. 3--2001
When the product is inspected, its construction documents shall be consistent with the product and its logo, and visual inspection shall be carried out according to general requirements. 5.2 Appearance inspection
Use a reading microscope with a magnification of 20 times to inspect the following items. 5.2.1 Abrasive distribution uniformity
When the gaps between abrasive particles are less than the space that five abrasive particles should occupy, it is considered uniform. 5.2.2 Abrasive bonding strength
Use a scissor file to file the edge of a YG8 (or YG6) carbide block at an angle of 45°, back and forth five times, and observe the working surface of the product. If there is no pit, it is considered to be firmly bonded.
5.2.3 Nodules and coatings
The height of the nodules and the thickness of the coating are lower than the abrasive particles. 5.2.4 Abrasive coating and substrate bonding strength
Clamp the handle of the scissor file in a vise, and use a small flat-head carving knife to scrape the abrasive coating. If there is no layering, it is qualified. 5.2.5 Visual inspection of the protective decorative layer.
5.2.6 Visual inspection of rust spots and burrs.
5.3 Dimension inspection
Use a vernier caliper with a graduation value of 0.02mm to check the dimensions of the product. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Products must be inspected according to the technical requirements of this standard before leaving the factory. Only qualified products can leave the factory and attach a certificate of conformity. 6.2 100% appearance inspection. www.bzxz.net
6.3 Other items shall be sampled and inspected in accordance with GB/T2828. 6.3.1 Sampling inspection adopts special inspection level S-1. 6.3.2 Sampling inspection adopts GB/T2828-1987 Table 3--Normal Inspection Sampling Plan. The product quality level (AQL) is 2.5.6.3.3
