4.2.1 Breakdown strength. The test shall be carried out in accordance with the test method specified in GB/T 1695. 4.2.2 Transverse breaking strength, test according to the test method specified in GB/T1696, 4.2.3 Impact strength, test according to the test method specified in GB/T1697, 4.2.4 Crushing strength, test according to the test method specified in GB/T2438, 4.2.5 Martin heat resistance, test according to the test method specified in GB/T1699, 4.2.6 Iron content, test according to the test method specified in JB3076, 5 Inspection and testing
5.1 The same rubber materials produced by the same class and machine are considered as a batch 5.2 Appearance quality The quantity should be checked batch by batch, Www.bzxZ.net
5.3 Take one roll of rubber from each batch and test the hard rubber's transverse breaking strength, impact strength and crushing strength. 5.4 The Martin heat resistance and iron content performance tests of hard rubber should be sampled once a month: the breakdown strength of hard rubber should be sampled once a quarter. 5.5 When the test results are unqualified, double the samples should be taken and the unqualified items should be re-tested. If the re-test is unqualified, the rubber is allowed to be refined once. After the refinement, a full performance test must be carried out. If one of them is still unqualified, the rubber is unqualified. At the same time, the batch of rubber should be inspected roll by roll. The same shall also apply to the items for random inspection.6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Each batch of rubber materials shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity, indicating the technical standard number, rubber material code, batch number, quality, production unit (or code), manufacturing date, and the seal of the inspection department.
6.2 The rubber materials shall be packaged with materials that do not damage or pollute the rubber materials, and then packed into packaging boxes. The mass of each box shall not exceed 50 kg.
6.3 During transportation, the rubber materials shall not come into contact with corrosive and other harmful substances, and shall be protected from direct sunlight and rain and snow. 6.4 The rubber materials shall be stored in an environment with a temperature of 0-28°C, a relative humidity of no more than 80%, and proper ventilation, 1m away from heat sources, and avoid the above conditions. The storage period of the rubber materials is 3 months from the date of production. The rubber materials that exceed the storage period shall be subject to full performance inspection as specified in Table 1. Only after passing the test can it be used. Additional instructions:
