3.1 The nominal size of the worktable is the sliding width of the corresponding worktable 3.2 When using this standard, the relevant provisions of GB 17421.1 shall apply. 3.3 The order of precision inspection items listed in this standard does not represent the actual inspection order. In order to reduce the installation of inspection tools and facilitate inspection, inspections can be carried out in any order.
3.4 The inspection tools and instruments specified in this standard are of a punching nature: production 4. Any other inspection tools and instruments may be used under the premise of ensuring the inspection quality.
35 In the inspection items using a straight ruler, the two supports of the straight ruler should be in the best support position, that is, the corresponding 5/9 of the length of the ruler to minimize the self-stirring of the flat ruler.
3.6 Place the workbench on the half plate and use a feeler gauge to check the difference between the bottom surface of the slide and the flat plate. For general-grade workbenches, use a 0.04mm feeler gauge, for precision-grade workbenches, use a 0.03mm feeler gauge, and for high-precision workbenches, use a 0.02mm feeler gauge. The insertion length of the feeler gauge shall not exceed 5m.
