1.1 In section and sectional drawings, the section symbols specified in the table shall be used. Note: The section symbol indicates the type of material, and the name and code of the material must be indicated separately. The surface line of the steel sheet to be delivered should be the same as that in the bundle The direction of the selected steel sheet is consistent. ③ The liquid surface is drawn with a thin solid line.
2 How to draw section symbols
2.1 In the component drawings of the same metal parts, the section lines of the sectional view and the section plane are equally spaced. The direction is the same and parallel to the water at 45° (Figure 1).
When the main wheel line in the figure is 45° to the horizontal, the section line of the figure should be a parallel line at or 60° to the horizontal, and its inclination direction is still consistent with the section lines of other figures ( Figure 2). A—A
2.2 Adjacent auxiliary parts (or components),
GB4467.5-84
Generally, no section symbol is drawn (Figure 3). When it is necessary to draw it, it shall still be drawn in accordance with the provisions of Article 1.1. Figure 3
2.3 When the area of the sectioned part is relatively large, the section symbol can be drawn only along the periphery of the wheel (Figure 4). 2.4 If only a part of the figure in the section view needs to be drawn, and its boundary is a wavy line, then The surface lines should be drawn neatly (Figure). Figure 4
2.5 In the part drawing, coloring can also be used instead of surface symbols. Figure 5
2.6 The surface symbols of wood, glass, liquid, steel sheet, grinding wheel and carbide blade can also be used as material marks in part or all of the appearance view 4FiF (Figure 6). Figure 6
2.7 In the assembly drawing, the section lines of adjacent metal parts should have opposite inclinations, or the directions should be consistent but not equal (Figure 4. 5). wwW.bzxz.Net
The section lines of the same part in the same assembly drawing should have the same direction and equal intervals. Except for metal parts, when the section lines of adjacent parts are the same, the method of different densities should be used to distinguish them. 2.8 When drawing the drawings of joint parts, the section symbols of each part should be drawn in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.7 (Figure? ~9): When drawing the assembly drawing of the joint and other parts, if the section symbols of the parts of the joint are alternate, they can be drawn as a whole (Figure 10). If they are not the same, they should be drawn separately. Figure
GB 4457. 5-84
2.9 Finished products made of different materials embedded or pasted together are represented by the surface symbols of their three main materials. For example: the section symbol of wired glass is represented by the surface symbol of amine glass, and the section symbol of composite steel plate is represented by the surface symbol of steel plate. 2.10 In the assembly drawing, for small sections with a width less than or equal to 2mm, the section symbol can be replaced by blackening (Figure 11). If it is glass or other materials, and it is not painted black, the surface symbol can be omitted. When two adjacent parts are painted, a real gap of not less than 0.7mm should be left between the two sections (Figure 12). Figure
