This standard replaces JB 2481-78, JB 2483-78 and JB 2480-78. This standard specifies the series and basic parameters of wire and cable conductor stranding equipment. This standard applies to stranding equipment for stranding copper and aluminum conductors of wires and cables. The stranding equipment specified in this standard can also be used to strand cable cores or steel cores and steel rope products under the conditions permitted by the structure and process of wire and cable products. 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the series and basic parameters of wire and cable conductor stranding equipment. This standard applies to stranding equipment for stranding copper and aluminum conductors of wires and cables. JB/T5814.3—91

2 Model
2.1 The series models of wire stranding equipment are shown in Table 1. 2.2 The product marking of wire stranding equipment shall be specified in its type and size standards. Table 1
