3 General requirements
General technical conditions for machined parts of metal cutting machine toolsGeneral technical conditions for assembly of metal cutting machine tools When accepting machine tools according to this standard, the remaining acceptance items in GB/T9061, JB/T9872, JB/T9874 and other standards that have not been concretized in this standard must be inspected at the same time.
4 Processing and assembly quality
4.1 The sliding (rolling) guide rails, spindles, worm gears, etc. of the turntable must take wear-resistant measures that are suitable for the service life. 4.2 The hardness of the sliding (rolling) guide rail surface of ordinary gray cast iron shall not be less than 190HBS4.3 When the worktable surface is a scraped surface, the color coating method shall be used for inspection, and the number of points within 25mm×25mm shall not be less than 20 points. The roughness R value of the worktable surface processed by mechanical processing methods shall comply with the provisions of the design drawings. 4.4 The sliding (rolling) guide rail surface and the worktable surface shall not be welded. 4.5 In addition to the color coating method, the bottom surface of the turntable base shall also be inspected with a 0.03mm feeler gauge before and after tightening, and no insertion shall be made. Random turntables should be inspected on the worktable of the main machine: non-random turntables are only inspected in the non-tightened state on the inspection platform. 4.6 The positioning operating mechanism of the turntable should be flexible and accurate. The reverse idle stroke of the table indexing handle (wheel) should not exceed 1/40r. 4.7 The operating force of the turntable indexing handle shall be assessed according to Table 1. 4.8 The optical system shall meet the following technical requirements: JB/T2255.2—1999
a) The lines in the optical field of view shall be clear and the illumination shall be uniform, without any reflection that disrupts vision; b) The image on the light screen shall coincide with the graticule, and there shall be no parallax perceptible to the naked eye; d) The lines of the precision scale shall be basically consistent in thickness when projected on the light screen; d) The lines of the graticule shall be straight and uniform in the field of view, and the thickness of the projected image shall be basically consistent with that of the scale lines, and the tolerance shall not be greater than the minimum reading value.
4.9 The digital display turntable should be equipped with a digital display device that is compatible with the coordinate boring machine, and must have stable accuracy and reliable performance. 5 Idle operation test of the motorized turntable
5.1 The motorized turntable should be tested for an idle operation for a certain period of time according to the design requirements before the geometric accuracy is inspected. There should be no obvious vibration and creeping during operation.
5.2 The noise of the motorized turntable should be tested in accordance with GB/T16769. The measurement of the turntable noise should be carried out under idle operation conditions. The sound pressure level of the turntable noise shall not exceed 70dB(A).
6 Accuracy inspection
6.1 Accuracy inspection shall be carried out in accordance with JB/T2255.1. 6.2 When checking the table indexing accuracy, the change of the table clamping angle before and after and the clamping reliability should also be checked. The value is no more than 2" for Class I accuracy and no more than 3" for Class IⅡ accuracy

6 Accuracy inspection
