This standard is a revision of ZBJ43008—89 "Simple Sand Sleeve".
The dimensions and tolerances of the simple sand sleeve in this standard are equivalent to ISO24211972 "Simple Sand Sleeve-Marking-Dimension-Tolerance". This standard is consistent with the technical content of ZBJ43008-89, and has only been re-edited according to relevant regulations, and "Js16" and "Js14\ in Table 1 of the original version have been converted into specific data. This standard replaces ZBJ43008-89 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Grinding Tools. 6 Technical requirements
The outer surface of the simple sand sleeve is not allowed to have sand missing. 6.21
The simple sand sleeve is not allowed to have creases, wrinkles and holes. 6.3
The layers of the cylindrical sand sleeve are not allowed to be debonded. ±2
6.4 The gap between the edges of the simple sand sleeve made by the spiral joint method should not be greater than 1mm. 6.5 The cylindrical sand sleeve with an inner diameter of more than 100mm should not be broken when rotating at a speed of 34m/s for 3min without load. 7 Test method
7.1 The inner diameter of the simple sand sleeve is measured with a vernier caliper with a graduation value of 0.05mm, and the width and the gap at the interface are measured with a steel ruler with a graduation value of 0.5mm.
7.26.1, 6.2 and 6.3 are determined by visual inspection. 7.3 After the simple sand sleeve is mounted on a special tensioning device and rotated at a speed of 34m/s on a variable speed rotary test machine for 3 minutes without load, check whether it has any cracks.
8 Inspection rules
The simple sand sleeve shall be inspected according to the items specified in Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 for factory or delivery inspection. 8.2
The inspection of the simple sand sleeve adopts the one-time normal sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. The inspection level and qualified quality level of each inspection item shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.

8.3 In the above sampling plan, if the sample size required for each inspection item is different, it shall be drawn out according to the largest sample-one time, and the small sample shall be drawn in advance from the large sample before inspection.
9 Marking and packaging
9.1 The content of the simple abrasive sleeve marking includes:
a) manufacturer name;
b) product name;
c) size specifications;
d) abrasive and particle size number;
e) manufacturing date or production batch number.
The above marking content may not be marked on the product, but it must be marked on the packaging or provided in the form of instructions. 9.2 The packaging should be solid and reliable and comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. 321
