This standard specifies the purpose and requirements for the preparation of the summary table of expected energy consumption of pumps. Applicable to equipment technical management.
2 Purpose of preparation
In the preliminary design and engineering design stage (basic engineering design), before sending an inquiry (or preliminary inquiry) to the manufacturer (commercial), the energy (water, electricity, steam) consumption of the pumps used in the project should be estimated. The summary table of expected energy (water, electricity, steam) consumption of pumps is to enable the relevant designers to have a preliminary estimate of the capacity and load of the pumps used in the project from the aspects of technology and economy (energy consumption), and to make a preliminary decision on the pump selection plan, and to provide a reference for the technical evaluation of the manufacturer (commercial) quotation and the selection of the manufacturer (commercial). 3

The energy consumption estimation method for pumps with generally lower energy can still refer to the method in Article 3.0.2. 3.0.4 There shall be a detailed calculation book for the estimation of the energy consumption of all pumps. If necessary, attach reference materials and the estimated energy consumption summary table of pumps, and review them according to the review procedure in the professional quality assurance procedure of pumps.
