4 Technical requirements

4.1 The products shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. At the same time, they shall also comply with the requirements of QB/T1702.1.
4.2 All purchased parts and raw materials should have inspection certificates or quality assurance documents from the supplier. If there are no certificates or quality assurance documents, the manufacturer should inspect the purchased parts and raw materials, and only qualified ones can be used. 4.3 The basic technical requirements of the whole machine should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 4.4 Castings should not have various defects that affect the strength and other properties of castings as specified in JB/T302. The molding sand, burrs, pouring risers, etc. on the surface and inner cavity of the castings should be cleaned.
4.5 The parts in contact with the materials should be made of materials that meet the requirements of food hygiene. The products should be easy to clean and disinfect. The pipes should be bent as little as possible, and there should be no blind ends or right angles. 4.6 The surface roughness R. value of the surface in contact with the materials should not be greater than 3.2um, and there should be no obvious defects such as unevenness and scratches. 4.7 Except for special provisions, the welding of parts and products should comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.1. 4.8 The machining of parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.2. 4.9 The assembly of products shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.3. 4.10 The paint shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.4. The preheater shall be subjected to pressure test, and the test pressure is 0.15MPa. 4.11
5 Test method
5.1 Processing capacity
Use a stopwatch with a graduation value of 0.1s to measure the time required to process 1t of material, and then convert it into 1h of processing capacity, which shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
5.2 Unit steam consumption
Use the condensed water weighing method to measure the steam consumption per unit time, and then compare it with the processing capacity per unit time, which shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.3 Pressure test
Perform according to the provisions of Article 10.9.4 of GB150, the test pressure is 0.15MPa, and there is no leakage when visually observed. 5.4 Other items shall be inspected by conventional methods such as visual inspection, hand touch, roughness sample, etc. 6 Inspection rules
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Inspection must be carried out before the product leaves the factory. 6.1.2 Each batch of products shall be inspected for manufacturing, assembly, appearance, etc. according to the requirements of Articles 4.1 to 4.11. 6.1.3 Products may only leave the factory after passing the inspection, and shall be accompanied by documents proving that the product quality is qualified. 6.2 Type inspection

6.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations. a.
After the trial production of new products is completed or the old products are transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; once every three years during normal production;
When the product is suspended for a long time and then resumed;
When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection6.2.2 Type inspection shall be conducted by randomly selecting one of the products that have passed the factory inspection, and the inspection items shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3 and Chapter 4. Type inspection is conducted in the user unit.
6.2.3 Judgment rules
If the type inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted. If it still fails, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, and storage
According to the provisions of Chapter 8 of QB/T1702.1.

4 Technical requirements

5 Test method
5.1 Processing capacity
