The aluminium rectangular wire specified in this standard can be used as a finished product or as an intermediate product. When used as an intermediate product, its dimensional deviation and surface condition may be supplemented by agreement between the two parties or by the relevant competent authorities. 3 Models

4 Specifications
The specifications of aluminum fan wire shall comply with the provisions of Part 1 of GB5584. 5 Technical requirements

6.3 Bending
The soft aluminum flat wire is bent 90° with side a. There should be no cracks on the surface. The diameter of the bent cylinder is selected according to the side size and should comply with the requirements of Table 4.

6 Tests
The products shall be tested as specified in Table 2.
7 Delivery requirements
7.1 The weight of aluminum flat wire delivered in coils shall comply with the provisions of Table 6. 7.2 When delivered as needed or by the length, the length of each wire shall be 4 to 6 m, the short section shall not be less than 2 m, and the quantity shall not exceed 10% of the total weight of the delivery.
According to the agreement between the two parties, aluminum flat wires of any weight or length may be delivered. .3
