Replaces GB/T9115.24~9115.30—1988This standard specifies the types and dimensions of steel pipe flanges with groove face welding with nominal pressure PN of 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.3, 10.0, 16.0MPa and PN of 5.0, 11.0, 15.0, 26.0MPa. This standard is applicable to steel pipe flanges with groove face welding with nominal pressure PN1.6~PN26.0MPa. 2 Referenced Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are all valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. 3.1 The types of PN1.6, PN2.5, PN4.0, PN6.3, PN10.0 and PN16.0 MPa sample groove face welded steel pipe flanges shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 1 to 6. 3.2 The types of PN5.0, PN11.0, PN15.0 and PN26.0 MPa sample groove face welded steel pipe flanges shall comply with the provisions of Figure 2, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 7 to 10.
4 Technical requirements for flanges
4.1 The technical requirements for flanges shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9124. 4.2 The maximum non-impact working pressure of the flange at different temperatures shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A (Standard Appendix) of GB/T9124-2000.
3 The welding joint type and groove size of the flange shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B (Suggestive Appendix) of GB/T9124-2000. 4.3
5 Marking
5.1 The flange shall be marked according to the nominal diameter, nominal pressure, sealing surface type code, matching steel pipe series code (the matching metric pipe code is "Series 1", and the matching British pipe is not marked) and the standard number. 5.2 The type code of the flange sealing surface shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9112. 5.3 Marking examples
