This standard specifies the rated voltage Product varieties, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for coal shearer cables 0.66/1.14kV and below.
This standard applies to copper core rubber insulated rubber sheathed flexible cables with a rated voltage U/U of 0.66/1.14kV and below for coal shearers and similar equipment.
This standard should be used together with GB12972.1. 2 Usage characteristics
2.1 Rated voltage U./U are 0.38/0.66kV and 0.66/1.14kV respectively. 2.2 The long-term allowable operating temperature of cable conductors is 65°C. 2.3 The minimum bending radius of the cable is 6 times the cable diameter. 2.4 Yellow-sheathed cables must not be exposed to sunlight for a long time. 3 model

5.2.1 The single wires in the conductor should be tinned, and the surface of the conductor can be covered with an isolation layer. Note: Discoloration or brittleness of the isolation layer after vulcanization will not be assessed. 5.3 Insulation
5.3.1 The insulation of power wire core and control wire core should comply with the XJ-00A regulations in GB7594.2. 5.3.2 If the ground core of UC-0.38/0.66 type cable has an insulating coating, it shall comply with the provisions of XJ-00A in GB7594.2. 5.3.3 The insulation shield adopts the Class A structure in Table 5 of GB12972.1. 5.4 Cable core
5.4.1 The position of the control wire core shall comply with the provisions of Article 7.2b of GB12972.1. 5.4.2 The position of the ground core complies with the provisions of Article 7.4c of GB12972.1. 5.4.3 The twisted pitch diameter ratio of the cable core should not be greater than 10. 5.5 Sheath
5.5.1 If the cable has an inner sheath, the rubber sheath should not be lower than the XH-02A specification in GB7594.6 . 5.5.2 The rubber of the outer sheath should comply with the XH-03A requirements in GB7594.7, but the tear strength should not be less than 7.5N/mm. Table 3
