2.2 The deviations of the spectral analysis electrodes of various shapes and sizes formed by the above electrodes shall not be greater than the provisions in Table 1.
3 Shape and size
According to different purposes of use, the electrodes are divided into two categories: counter electrodes and sample electrodes. 3.1 The counter electrode is the electrode that is opposite to the self-electrode or the supporting electrode and does not contain the analytical sample. The counter electrode is represented by the code "D".
The shape and size of the counter electrode are shown in Figure 1: Approved by the Ministry of Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on February 10, 1989 and implemented on March 1, 1989

3.2 The sample electrode is also called the supporting electrode, which is used to place the analytical sample. The sample electrode is represented by the code "S". The shape and size of the sample electrode are shown in Figure 2.
