The basic dimensions of the thread shall comply with the provisions of GB/T196, and the tolerances shall comply with the 6H grade precision specified in GB/T197. The thread surface shall not have defects such as cracks and depressions that affect the strength, and the incomplete threads of the first circle shall be removed. The tolerances of the machining dimensions not specified shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1804. 4.5
Measures shall be taken on the threaded part to prevent biting. The flange shall be chemically treated to prevent atmospheric corrosion. 4.6

Each flange should be stamped with a steel stamp on the outer surface (marked in the figure), and the stamp content is: JB/T1308.13 specification/batch number. 4.7
Ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic particle flaw detection and other technical requirements of flanges shall comply with the provisions of JB/T1308.2. 4.8
