This standard defines the relevant terms in JB/T9167.2~9167.5 and is applicable to the design and management of mechanical manufacturing process equipment. 2 Terminology
2.1 Process equipment [Tooling]
The overall variety of tools used in the product manufacturing process, including cutting tools, fixtures, molds, measuring tools, inspection tools, auxiliary tools, bench tools and work station equipment, etc.
2.2 Process equipment [Equipment]
Main production equipment to complete the process, such as various machine tools, heating furnaces, electroplating tanks, etc. 2.3 General process equipment
Process equipment that can be shared by several products. 2.4 Standard process equipment
Process equipment that has been included in the standard.
2.5 Special process equipment
Process equipment used specifically for a certain product. 2.6 Group process equipment
Based on the principle of group technology, it is a process equipment designed specifically for a group or a family of similar parts, composed of a basic part and an interchangeable and adjustable part for group processing.
2.7 Adjustable process equipment
Process equipment that can be used for the processing of several products by adjusting or replacing tooling parts and components. 2.8 Combined process equipment
Assembled from recyclable standard parts and components (some special parts can be used when necessary) into a tooling that is easy to connect and disassemble. 2.9 Cross-product borrowed process equipment

The ratio of the number of parts and components of products that are common to tooling to the number of tooling types. 2.15 Tooling utilization rate
The ratio of the number of tooling types actually used to the number of tooling types designed to ensure the product production outline. 2.16 Tooling load rate
The ratio of the actual working time of the tooling to the total effective time during the product production plan period. 2.17 Tooling calculation consumption cost
The cost calculated according to the tooling design and manufacturing quota. 2.18 Rated tooling consumption cost
The tooling design and manufacturing cost specified in the trial production stage and formal production stage of the product. 2.19 Special tooling coefficient
The ratio of the number of product-specific tooling types to the number of product-specific parts. 2.20 Tooling complexity coefficient
The value indicating the complexity of the tooling, which is determined by factors such as its cost, number of pieces, accuracy, and the number of calculated dimensions and overall dimensions to ensure the product size requirements.
2.21 Tooling complexity level
It indicates the level of tooling complexity, so as to make technical and economic evaluation of tooling and improve the management of tooling design, manufacturing and use process. Generally, it can be divided into A, B, C, ... levels according to the complexity coefficient. 2
