.2 The welded steel pipe shall be in accordance with GB5312: the welded steel shall be in accordance with YB242* water, coal (steel pipe shall be in accordance with GB3091, GB3092. 1.3 The mechanical properties of the welding rod shall not be lower than the lower limit of the mechanical properties of the welded parts with lower strength: (flange or pipe F). 4.4 The surface of the flange shall be smooth and shall not have defects that reduce the strength and affect the sealing. 4.5 The end face of the flange shall be perpendicular to its axis, and the deviation shall not exceed 30°. 4.6 The allowable negative difference in the thickness of the flange is 0.5mm. 4.7 The cushion used for the flange shall be in accordance with GB2502. 4.8 The connection dimensions and sealing of the flange shall be in accordance with GH2501. 5 Inspection rules
The flange shall be inspected and accepted by the manufacturing and technical inspection departments, and Issue a certificate of conformity. 5.1
