6 Inspection rules
Q1775-93
6.1 Each batch of finished products shall be inspected by the production inspection department. The manufacturer shall ensure that all the products shipped meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, which includes: manufacturer name, product name and trademark, factory date, batch number, net weight, and product quality certificate that meets this standard. 6.2 The acceptance unit has the right to accept the provisions of this standard and inspect whether the products received meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch shall be inspected and accepted one by one, and not separately accepted by batch number. B.3 For each batch of packaging units, two bottles (bottles) shall be taken if the number is less than 1 car (car), and three bottles (bottles) shall be taken if the number is more than 10 car (car) barrels (bottles). When opening the package to collect samples, check the appearance and select the one without moisture and quality, then make it fully wet, and then use an effective sampling machine (bottle) to absorb 5-10ml of sample, inject it into a sampler and mix it evenly, and put it into two frosted glass bottles respectively. The bottles shall be marked with: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, number, and sample date. One is for inspection and monitoring, and the other is retained for future reference. 6.4 If there are any quality indicators in the test results that do not meet the standard requirements, the manufacturer or the new manufacturer may double the sample. If there are still indicators that are unqualified in the test results, the batch of products cannot be accepted. 6.5 When the supply and demand parties have disputes over the quality of the products, they can be resolved by the statutory inspection agency for arbitration, and the cost shall be borne by the responsible party.
6.6 Color, aroma, acid value, ester content, and process are the factory inspection indicators. Relative density, refractive index, and economic value are the type inspection indicators, which are changed every time they are inspected. 7 Marking, replacement, transportation, and storage
7.1 Isobutyl ether is packed in 10 grams or glass grains, and the grain is marked on the outside of the package, with the name of the product, production unit, trademark: batch number, net extraction, label, factory date: standard shrinkage number and relevant packaging marks. 7.2 During transportation, it should be prevented from being sun-dried and contaminated by foreign gases, and it is strictly prohibited to mix it with acids, alkalis, etc. .3 The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, cool chemical warehouse to prevent contamination by foreign gases and away from fire sources. 7.4 Under the condition of complying with the specified shipping conditions, complete packaging and unopened use, the shelf life of this product is one year. 1
