GB6682 Specifications and test methods for water used in analytical laboratories 3 Summary of methods
The sample is decomposed by hydrochloric acid and filtered, and the residue is burned and weighed, which is the insoluble matter in hydrochloric acid. 4 Reagents and solutions
The water used in this standard should meet the specifications of grade 3 water in GB6682. The listed reagents, unless otherwise specified, refer to analytical pure reagents. 4.1 Hydrochloric acid (GB 622): 1+1 solution.
4.2 Hydrochloric acid (GB622): 1+100 solution. 4.3 Silver nitrate (GB670): 10g/L solution. 5 Sample
The laboratory sample passes through a 125μm test sieve (GB6003), is dried at 105~~110℃ for more than 2h, and is placed in a desiccator to cool to room temperature.
6 Analysis steps
6.1 Weigh about 1g of the sample, accurate to 0.0001g, and place it in a 250mL beaker. Perform a blank test at the same time. 6.2 Wet the sample with a little water, cover it with a watch glass, and slowly add 25mL of hydrochloric acid solution (4.1) from the mouth of the beaker, shake it slightly, and after the violent reaction stops, place it on a hot plate to heat, boil it slightly for 10min, remove it, and rinse the surface and the wall of the beaker with water. Cool slightly, filter with slow quantitative filter paper, and collect in a 500mL clean beaker. Wash the beaker and residue three times with hydrochloric acid solution (4.2), and then wash with hot water until there is no chloride ion. Test with silver nitrate solution (4.3).
Retain the filtrate for determination of trioxide. 6.3 Put the residue and filter paper into a constant weight porcelain crucible, dry, ash, and place in a high temperature furnace to burn at 950±25℃ for 60min. Take out the crucible, cover the crucible immediately, cool slightly, put it in a desiccator, cool to room temperature, and weigh. Repeat the burning for 20min until constant weight is achieved.

Presentation of analysis results
GB/T 15057.3--94bzxz.net
The content of hydrochloric acid insoluble matter (z) expressed as a percentage by mass is calculated as follows: m-mz ×100
Where: m is the mass of the residue and the crucible after deducting the blank, mz-the mass of the empty crucible + g;
m is the mass of the sample, more.
8 Allowed integeration
Take the arithmetic mean of the parallel analysis results as the final analysis result. The absolute difference of the parallel analysis results should not be greater than the allowable difference listed in the following table.
Additional remarks:
Content of hydrochloric acid insoluble matter
