Summary:
This standard specifies the type, nominal diameter, bursting pressure range, etc. of the positive arch slotted metal bursting disc. This standard is applicable to the overpressure relief of pressure vessels, pipelines or other confined spaces. The maximum working pressure of the system shall not exceed 80% of the bursting pressure. This type of bursting disc will produce a small amount of fragments after the explosion.
