1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the structural type and size of T-slot of valve gate (or valve disc). JB/T6495-1992

This standard applies to forged steel gate valves, stop valves and throttle valves; ductile iron and cast steel gate valves, and gray cast iron gate valves. 2 Types and sizes
2.1 For forged steel gate valve discs with nominal pressure Px4.0 and 16MPa and nominal diameter D~15~40mm; forged steel stop valves and throttle valves with nominal pressure P~4.0 and 10MPa and nominal diameter D~10~25mm and nominal pressure P16MPa and nominal diameter D~15~40mm.
