4.1 Normal working conditions
JB/T 599--91
The calibrator should be able to work normally under the condition that the ambient temperature is in the range of 10~30℃. 4.2 Pressure strength
calibrator shall withstand the strength and sealing test for 10 minutes under the pressure specified in Table 3. Calculated from the 6th minute, the pressure drop in the next 5 minutes should not be greater than that specified in Table 3. Table 3

4.6 Type 250 calibrator
4.6.1 The type 250 calibrator should have a safety valve. The safety valve should be able to open automatically when the low-pressure part is overpressured. 4.6.2 The surface roughness of the cylinder and piston of the Type 250 calibrator should comply with the regulations of GB1031, and the Ra parameter value is 0.10 μm. 4.7 Anti-transportation environment performance
The calibrator should comply with the regulations of ZBY002 under the conditions of transportation packaging. Among them, the high temperature test is 40℃, the low temperature test is -25℃, and the free drop height is 250mm.
4.8 Appearance surface quality
The visible part of the calibrator should be plated (coated) with an appropriate anti-corrosion layer. The anti-corrosion layer should be smooth, beautiful, uniform and strong. All marks, numbers and symbols on the calibrator should be clear and correct. 4.9 Spare parts

Each calibrator must be equipped with no less than 5 sealing bowls for pressure pumps. 5 Test method
5.1 Test conditions
5.1.1 The load should be applied evenly under normal working conditions. 5.1.2 The detection instrument shall be a pressure gauge or vacuum gauge with an accuracy of not less than 0.4. 5.1.8 The verifier is in a horizontal position.
5.2 Compressive strength test
Under the test conditions of Article 5.1, the calibrator shall perform the compressive strength test as specified in Table 3, and observe the pressure drop value of the test instrument from the 6th minute.
5.3 Sealing test
Under the test conditions of Article 5.1, when testing the vacuum sealing of Type 6, use a pressure pump to evacuate. In order to achieve the specified true vacuum, it can be evacuated three times in a row. When the maximum vacuum value is reached and maintained for 5 minutes, observe the pressure drop value of the detection instrument. Under the test conditions of Article 5.1, when testing the pressure tightness of the calibrator, use a pressure pump to pressurize it. When reaching each level of load and maintaining it for 1 minute, observe the pressure drop value of the detection instrument. 5.4 Pressure pump test
Under the test conditions of 5.1, observe the uniform rise and fall of the pressure value of the detection instrument, and feel the smooth movement of the screw. 5.5 Valve test
Under the test conditions of 5.1, feel the smooth movement of the thimble rod, and at the same time observe whether the indication value of the detection instrument drops when the valve is opened or closed. 5.6 Type 250 calibrator test
5.6.1 Under the test conditions of 5.1, the safety test of the safety valve must be carried out first before other various tests of the complete machine can be carried out. 5.6.2 The surface roughness of the cylinder and piston of the Type 250 calibrator shall be visually inspected by comparing sample blocks. 5.7 Transport environment resistance performance test
Carry out the test according to the provisions of ZBY002, and conduct inspection according to Articles 5.2 to 5.6 after the test. 5.8 Appearance surface quality inspection

6 Acceptance Rules
Outbound Inspection
The calibrator must be shipped from the factory one by one in accordance with the requirements of Articles 4.2 to 4.6 and 4.8 and 4.9 of this standard. Inspection. Only after passing the inspection can it leave the factory. 6.2 Type inspection
Under the following circumstances, the calibrator shall undergo type inspection in accordance with all technical requirements of this standard. a. Trial shaping of new products,
b. Regular inspection of batch production
