This standard is a revision of the national standard GB/T4641—1984 based on the international standard IS025:1994. This standard is the basic standard. In the revision process, in accordance with the principle of actively adopting international standards and advanced foreign standards, the international standard ISO25:1994 "Movies—Use of 16 mm motion-picture film in cameras—Technical specifications" was equivalently adopted. The technical content is consistent with the international standard ISO25:1994, but the description and arrangement of the standard clauses are different from the international standard. Therefore, the revised national standard is equivalent to the international standard.
The International Organization for Standardization ISO/TC36 revised the international standard ISQ25:1976 in 1994. During the revision process, part of the technical specifications in Chapter 3 of the original standard were revised, and technical regulations on the frequency of film photography for television were added. Since the international standard was equivalently adopted in the revision, the corresponding part was also modified to make it consistent with the international standard. The annotations in the technical requirements were cancelled in the text of the standard in combination with my country's actual situation. This standard was proposed by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. This standard was issued by the China Film Science and Technology Research Institute. This standard was drafted by the China Film Science and Technology Research Institute. Drafter of this standard: Wu Shuzhi
This standard was first issued in 1984, and this revision is the first revision. This standard is entrusted to the China Film Science and Technology Research Institute for interpretation. GB/T 4641—2000
ISO Foreword
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards associations (ISO member groups) of various countries. The formulation of various international standards is completed by ISO technical committees. Any member group interested in the topics being studied and discussed by the existing technical committee has the right to select representatives to participate in the technical committee. Official and non-official international organizations associated with the International Organization for Standardization can also participate in this work. ISO and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) have close cooperation in the field of electrotechnical standardization. All draft international standards adopted by the technical committee should be distributed to member groups for comments. At least 75% of the members must vote in favor for the standard to be approved.
International Standard ISO25 was formulated by ISO/TC36 Film Technical Committee. This standard is the second edition, which cancels and replaces the first edition (IS025:1976). Some technical contents in the second edition have been modified. 1 Scope
