This standard specifies three sand and dust test conditions and test methods for analytical instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments). This standard is applicable to assessing the adaptability of instruments to storage and operation in sand and dust environments. 2 Test conditions
2.1 Test classification
2.1.1La test
Used to test the sealing performance of the instrument against sand and dust. 2.1.2Lb test
Used to test the working ability of the instrument under the static action of sand and dust. 2.1.3Lc test
Used to test the working ability of the instrument under the dynamic action of sand and dust and the wear resistance of the instrument surface. 2.2 Test parameters
2.2.1 Dust type
2.2.1.1 Dust I
SiOz: about 99%;Www.bzxZ.net
Dong Guang agent: about 1%;
Both of the above are volume ratios, and the particle size is not more than 0.06mm. 2.2.1.2 Dust II
Si0z: 100%, particle size is not more than 0.15mm. 2.2.1.3 Dust III
SiO2: 75%~~80%;
Chalk: 10%~15%;
Kaolin: 5%~10%,
All three of the above are volume ratios, and the particle size is not more than 0.2mm. 2.2.2 Temperature and humidity
La, Lb test temperature 15 ~ 35 ℃, relative humidity 45% ~ 75%; Lc test temperature 55 ± 2 ℃, relative humidity less than 50%. 2.3 Test duration

Sand and dust containing air rotate for 15 minutes, settling time 8 hours. 2.3.2Lb test

2.4.1 It can provide the temperature and relative humidity of 2.2.2.2.2.2.4.2 It can provide the air velocity (not more than 2m/s) required for La and Lb tests to keep the sand and dust in suspension. 2.4.3 It can provide the air velocity of 10~20m/s for La test. 2.4.4 It should have good sealing performance, the inner wall should be smooth and anti-static. 2.4.5 The volume of the test box (room) should be more than 3 times the volume of the instrument. 3 Test method
3.1 Pretreatment
The instrument should not be more than 2h under normal environmental conditions. 3.2 Initial inspection
Inspect the instrument according to the relevant standards. 3.3 Test
3.3.1La test
3.3.1.1 The instrument is placed in the test box (room) in the state specified in the relevant standards. 3.3.1.2 The temperature of the test box (room) reaches the specified temperature and relative humidity at a rate of 7.5℃/h. 3.3.1.3 Use sand and dust I for the test, and introduce it into the rotating airflow at a speed not greater than 2m/s. The amount of sand and dust should be measured by the measuring device shown in the figure below. Under the conditions of 5min dust rotation and 2h sedimentation, 35±5g of sand and dust should be collected. 5-hole

3.3.1.4 The test duration shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.3.1. 3.3.2Lb test

3.3.2.1 The instrument is placed in the test box (room) in the state specified in the relevant standards. 3.3.2.2 The temperature of the test box (room) reaches the specified temperature and relative humidity at a rate of 7.5℃/h. 3.3.2.3 Use sand and dust II for the test, and introduce it into the rotating airflow at a speed of no more than 2m/s. The sand and dust quantity is measured by the device shown in Figure 1. Under the conditions of 5min dust rotation and 2h sedimentation, 25±5g of sand and dust should be collected. 3.3.2.4 The duration of the test shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.3.2. 3.3.3 Lc test
3.3.3.1 The instrument is placed in the test box (room) in the state specified in the relevant standards. 3.3.3.2 The temperature of the test box (room) reaches 55±2℃ and the specified relative humidity at a rate of 7.5℃/h. 3.3.3.3 Use sand and dust to conduct the test, and send 0.1% of the volume of the test box (room) into the test box (room) at an airflow speed of 12.5±2.5m/s.
3.3.3.4 The duration of the test shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.3.3. 3.4 Recovery
After the test, the temperature of the test box (room) shall be restored to normal environmental conditions at a rate of 7.5/h and maintained for 1 to 2 hours. The external indicators of the Lc test instrument shall be clean. 3.5 Final inspection
Inspect the instrument immediately in accordance with the provisions of the relevant standards. The appearance of the Lc test instrument shall be inspected under ultraviolet light. 4 Details to be specified when citing this standard

After the test, the temperature of the test box (room) shall be restored to normal environmental conditions at a rate of 7.5/h and maintained for 1 to 2 hours. The external indicators of the Lc test instrument shall be clean. 3.5 Final inspection
