CB/T663-—1999
This standard has been formulated based on the 1992 "Technical Rules for the Mandatory Inspection of Seagoing Ships", my country's "Construction Rules for Inland Steel Ships" and the provisions of ship specifications on railings.
This standard is revised and merged on the basis of GB6169-85 and CB663-68, including five parts: fixed railing, removable railing, reversible railing, canopy railing and railing gate. This standard specifies the structural type and basic size of the railing column, and only specifies the type and specifications of the handrail and crossbar, and the length should be determined by the user. The reliability and safety of the reversible railing specified in CB663-68 are poor. After revision, the reversible type specified in the international standard ISO3674 is adopted, which increases the sense of safety and ensures reliability. Compared with the original standard, this standard improves the process, that is, the galvanizing process of the railing column and handrail is added to meet the needs of current production. From the date of implementation, this standard will replace GB6169-85 and CB663-68 at the same time. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard.
This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Ship Equipment Standardization. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd. This standard was drafted by Wuhu Shipyard and China State Shipbuilding Corporation Comprehensive Technical and Economic Research Institute. The main drafter of this standard is Ji Xishan.
