From the average sample, after sampling, randomly select complete soybean grains (excluding broken grains and obvious insect-damaged grains), spread 200 grains in a small plate, place in an oven, bake at 105℃ for 40 minutes, and take out. Cut along the cotyledon with a knife, and count the grains whose cotyledons can be seen to be light red to brown.

The allowable error of the double test results shall not exceed 2% of the average value, and the average value shall be taken as the determination result, and the determination result shall be rounded. 4 Packaging, transportation and storage
