This standard specifies the marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for stainless steel pots, kettles, cups, plates, basins and boxes. This standard applies to stainless steel pots, kettles, cups, plates, basins and boxes, and other stainless steel utensils1 should also be used as a reference. 2 Reference standards

3 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
3.1 Marking
3.1.1 Product marking
The contents of the product marking include:
Manufacturer name
Product name and specifications,
Trademark,
Product model or mark;
Quality grade mark.
Packing mark
Inner box mark
Manufacturer’s name:
Product name and specification;
Trademark:
Product model or mark:
Quality grade mark.
Outer box mark
The shipping and receiving marks on the outer box should comply with the provisions of GB/T6388; indicate the quality grade;
The packaging storage and transportation diagrams of “handle with care” and “afraid of moisture” should comply with the provisions of GB191. 3.2 Packaging
3.2.1 The cover and body of the product should be packed in plastic bags respectively. If velvet packaging is used, the quality must be guaranteed. The cover can be unpacked and then packed in boxes or cartons. The packaging bags, boxes and cartons should be intact and should be dry and tidy. Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on November 10, 1992, and implemented on July 1, 1993

3.2.2 Plastic products for packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB4803 on the sanitation management of plastic products and raw materials for food. Double corrugated paper for outer packaging and single corrugated paper for inner packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6543. The technical indicators of corrugated paper used in boxes and cases shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6544.
3.2.3 Products are divided into single packaging and set packaging. When single packaging, the parts and accessories are complete and fastened. When set packaging, the parts and accessories are neatly placed in a safe and reliable position. 3.2.4 Pots, kettles, and boxes should be accompanied by product certificates and product manuals with product introduction, use and maintenance methods, and three guarantees. 3.3 Transportation
3.3.1 Handle with care and do not roll over during loading, unloading, and transportation. 3.3.2 It should not be transported with corrosive items and should be kept away from moisture. 3.4 Storage
3.4.1 The storage place is for inventory.
3.4.2 Storage conditions: relative humidity is not more than 80%, good ventilation, it should not be stored with corrosive items and should be kept away from moisture. 3.4.3 Storage requirements: the stacking distance should be not less than 300mm from the ground and not less than 500mm from the wall. The stacking room should be ventilated and the stacking height should not exceed 3m. 3.5 The wind meets the storage and transportation conditions of 3.3 and 3.4, and the shelf life is one year.
