This standard applies to the clips used to connect the tray plate, internal manhole channel plate and support ring or beam (main beam, supporting beam) of plate tower equipment in the chemical and petroleum industries.

Technical conditions for tower trays
3.1S-type double-sided removable clips are composed of clips, pads, studs, nuts and other parts. Their structure, dimensions and materials are shown in Figures 1 to 5 and Table 1.
The thickness of the applicable support ring or beam shall not be greater than 20mm. If materials not specified in Table 1 are required, they can be proposed separately when ordering and indicated on the drawing. Table 1

4.1 The sheet material used for manufacturing S-type double-sided removable clips shall comply with the requirements of GB/T912 or GB/T3280: the profile shall comply with the requirements of GB/T702 and GB/T1220.
4.2 The thread of the stud shall be manufactured in accordance with GB/T196. 4.3 The nut adopts GB/T6170 hexagonal nut M10. 5 Marking and packaging
5.1 The marking of S-type double-sided removable clip consists of two parts - S means "S-type double-sided removable clip"; A means that the material of the card plate, pad, nut is Q235-A, and the material of the stud is 1Cr13; - B means that the material of the card plate, pad, nut, stud is 0Cr18Ni9; - C means that the material of the card plate, pad, nut, stud is 0Cr17Ni12Mo2. Marking example:
The S-type double-sided removable clip made mainly of carbon steel O235-A is marked as: S-type double-sided removable clip SAJB/T3166—19995.2 If the user needs, the mark can be printed on the surface of the finished product. The printing method and marking content shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. The acceptance and packaging of 5.3S type double-sided detachable clips shall comply with the provisions of JB/T1205. 4
