The pipe threads used for threaded flanges are divided into two types: (1) Adopting the 55 conical internal thread (Rc) specified in GB7306 (2) Adopting the 60\ conical pipe thread (NPT) specified in GB/TJ2716. 5.0.2 When 55 pipe thread is used, the outer diameter of the steel pipe used with DN150 flange should be 165.1mm. When 60° conical pipe thread is used, the outer diameter of the steel pipe used with DN65 flange should be 73mm: the outer diameter of the steel pipe used with DN125 flange should be 141.3mm. 358
Technical requirements
The technical requirements of flanges shall comply with the provisions of HG20624, and the maximum non-impact working pressure
The public pressure of flanges and the maximum non-impact working pressure at different temperatures shall comply with the provisions of HG20625. 8 Fastener length
The length of the fasteners (bolts, studs) used shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A of HG20634. Matching regulations
The matching of flanges, gaskets and fasteners shall comply with the provisions of HG20635. 10 Marking
The marking of flanges shall comply with the provisions of HG20615.
