4.1 Test of activity, radial crushing arc and abrasion rate of S107-1H catalyst Except for the test conditions of activity and the test specimen length of radial crushing strength of particles, all other conditions shall be in accordance with HG/T 2089.4.2 Chemical component analysis was carried out according to HG/T2516 analysis method. Activity test conditions:
Catalyst loading: 30m3;
Catalyst particle size: 3.35~4.00mm;
Space velocity: 36×10*h-1;
Volume percentage of inlet sulfur dioxide: (10±0.t)%, the rest is air; System pressure: atmospheric pressure;
Activity test temperature: 410℃;
Heat-resistant temperature: 600℃;
Heat-resistant time: 5 h.

5.1 The S107-1H vanadium catalyst shall be inspected by the quality supervision and inspection department of the manufacturer. Products shall not be shipped without passing the inspection.5.2 Products shall be inspected in batches, with each batch not exceeding 20t. The manufacturer shall ensure that all shipped products meet the requirements of this standard.5.3 The samples for product inspection shall be randomly sampled by a dedicated person in the quality inspection department. The number of samples for each batch of products shall be the total number of barrels of packaging barrels for the batch of products. Three times the cube root, that is, 3×VN (N is the total number of interpolations). If there is a decimal, then round it up to an integer, which shall not be less than 10. Take out about 3L of sample from the opened barrel, mix it thoroughly and evenly, and divide it into laboratory sample, test sample and reserved sample by reduction method, and put them into sample bottles, seal them, and affix labels, indicating the product name, model, batch number, representative quantity, sampling date, sampler, etc. The reserved sample needs to be kept for one year for verification. 5.4 The technical requirements listed in this standard are all type inspection items. Among them, the indicators listed in Table 2 are factory inspection items. Under normal production conditions, type inspection shall be carried out at least once every six months. 5.5 If the product inspection fails, the inspection device, instrument, meter, chemical reagent, etc. shall be calibrated and re-inspected. If it still fails, it is allowed to re-sample and inspect according to Article 5.3. If it is still unqualified, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified products and shall not be shipped out: 5.6 When the supply and demand parties have disputes over product quality, the demander has the right to re-test according to the test methods and inspection rules specified in the standard, or ask relevant parties to arbitrate.
5.7 The test results of this standard are compared with the values specified in the standard after revision to determine whether the test results are qualified. 2
6 Packaging, marking, storage and transportation
HG2506.—93
6.1S107-1H vanadium catalyst products should be packed in airtight round iron barrels lined with plastic bags, and the volume of the barrels should not exceed 50L. Pay attention to the case seal when packaging, and attach a product quality certificate. The content of the certificate should include: model, name, batch number, production date, manufacturer name, and content that meets the quality indicators of this standard after inspection. 6.2 The packaging barrel should be yellow and have obvious and firm marks, and its content includes: catalyst model and name. Batch number, net weight (kg), trademark, manufacturer name, and the "afraid of moisture" and "prohibited tumbling" signs specified in GB191 should be clearly marked. 6.3 Packaged products should be stored in dry warehouses to prevent contamination and traceability. 6.4 During transportation and loading and unloading, it is strictly prohibited to drop, roll or collide to avoid damage to the catalyst particles. Rainproof facilities should be provided during transportation to avoid moisture to the catalyst.
