This standard aims at the characteristics of various harmful factors and finds out the characteristics of occurrence, diffusion, dilution, attenuation and degradation of harmful factors. Then, according to the principle of best practical technology, that is, according to the treatment measures and maintenance management measures that can be achieved at the current economic level of our country, the permissible emission intensity of industrial enterprises is determined. Finally, the appropriate atmospheric diffusion model and corresponding parameters are selected to determine the required sanitary protection distance. This standard shall be implemented from January 1, 2001. This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. Standard Content
3.1 The sanitary protection distance of automobile manufacturing plants shall be determined according to the average wind speed in the past five years in the area where they are located as shown in Table 1 Table 1
3.2 This standard also stipulates that the wind direction frequency and terrain factors should be considered to minimize the pollution of the atmospheric environment of the residential area.
