The number is HG21548-93 and will be implemented from November 1, 1993.

1 General provisions
1.1 Scope of application
The sludge suction machine in this standard series is a special equipment for the flow-type secondary sedimentation tank of sewage treatment construction. According to the sewage treatment water volume and process requirements, the appropriate sedimentation tank diameter and depth can be selected. The maximum sludge discharge volume of the secondary sedimentation tank is designed according to 100% of the single tank treatment water volume.
1.2 Structural type
1.2.1 Sedimentation tank structure
The sedimentation tank structure of this standard series is a flat-bottomed circular tank. The water inlet system consists of a central water inlet shaft and a water distribution system, and the sludge is discharged from the central sludge discharge pipe.
1.2.2 Suction machine structure
According to the driving mode and structural characteristics of the suction machine, it is divided into two types: the central drive double-arm suction machine is type A, and the peripheral drive single (double) arm suction machine is type B. The transmission system of the type A suction machine adopts a two-stage cycloid pinwheel reducer and a large roller slewing bearing with external teeth for three-stage reduction. The sludge inlet section of the suction pipe is rectangular. Each suction pipe is directly connected to the central mud tank, and a flow regulating valve is provided at the sludge outlet of the suction pipe. The type B suction machine adopts a single-arm structure when the pool diameter is 40m, and a double-arm structure when the pool diameter is >40m. The transmission system uses a two-stage planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer and an open sprocket three-stage reduction walking roller using cast steel rubber wheels, the center support uses a large roller slewing bearing, the sludge inlet section of the sludge suction pipe is rectangular, the sludge suction pipe of the single-arm sludge suction machine is connected to the central mud tank, the sludge suction pipe of the double-arm sludge suction machine is connected to the mud discharge trough, and the mud discharge trough is connected to the central mud tank. A flow regulating valve is provided at the sludge outlet of the sludge suction pipe. Both A and B type sludge suction machines are equipped with scum scrapers, scum baffles, annular triangular weir water collection troughs and slag buckets. 1.2.3 Sink structure type
The water collection trough structure is divided into three types according to the size of the pool diameter Φ: pool diameter <21m is type 1, 25m<<45m is type 1, $45m is type 1+I. Type 1 sump is an annular sump located outside the periphery of the sedimentation tank, Type 2 sump is an annular sump located inside the tank at a certain distance from the periphery of the sedimentation tank, and Type 10 sump is a combination of Type 1 and Type 2 sump (see Figure 2.0.2). 1.3 Series parameters

1.6 Safety measures

3 Selection instructions
3.0.1 When selecting, according to the sewage treatment water volume, refer to the process parameter table 1.3.1 or according to the sewage treatment process parameters of different properties, and then determine the diameter, pool depth and structure of the selected sedimentation tank through calculation, and then fill in the required size content according to the marking method of 1.5.

1.1 Scope of application
The sludge suction machine in this standard series is a special equipment for the flow-type secondary sedimentation tank of sewage treatment construction.
