JB/T8326.1—96
This standard specifies the requirements and inspection methods for the geometric accuracy and working accuracy of CNC instrument horizontal lathes. This standard is applicable to ordinary precision CNC instrument horizontal lathes and their variants with a maximum rotary diameter of 250mm on the bed and a maximum workpiece length of 500mm.

3.1 Refer to 3.1 in JB2670 to adjust the installation level, place the slide in the middle of the guide rail travel, place a level on the guide rails at both ends of the machine tool or on the special bridge plate, and the readings of the level in the longitudinal and transverse directions shall not exceed 0.04/1000. 3.2 During the inspection, the actual inspection sequence can generally be arranged according to the requirements of the installation and disassembly inspection tools, inspection convenience, and thermal inspection items. 3.3 During the working accuracy inspection, the inspection of the test piece should be carried out after fine turning. 3.4 When the actual measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance should be converted according to the length that can be measured according to the provisions of 2.3.1.1 in JB2670. When the conversion result is less than 0.005mm, it is still calculated as 0.005mm. 3.5 The plane passing through the tool tip and the spindle axis is called the main plane, and the plane passing through the spindle axis and perpendicular to the main plane is called the secondary plane.
