c. Glass slide: 76mm×26mm.
4 Moisture resistance test of graphite emulsion coated on color picture tubes 4.1 Make six coating test pieces according to the steps of 4.1.2.1~4.1.2.3 in GB/T15064.3. 4.2 Dry the test pieces naturally for 20 minutes, put them in a drying box at 105~110℃ to dry for 20 minutes, and cool them naturally for 10 minutes. 4.3 Add appropriate amount of distilled water to a 1000mL beaker and heat it to boiling on an electric heater. 4.4 Use steel wire to make two hanging fixtures, clamp the six dried and cooled test pieces, and put them into boiling water and boil for 20 minutes as shown in the figure below. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 18, 1994 316
Implementation on December 1, 1994

Schematic diagram of moisture resistance test
1—Steel wire 2—Paper clip; 3—Test piece; 4—1000mL beaker; 5—Distilled water: 6—Electric heater
4.5 Take out the test pieces from the boiling water, shake off the water, and arrange them on the test bench to observe whether the coating has peeled off. After the surface of the test piece is dry, push the center of the coating with your fingers to check whether it has peeled off.
4.6 The moisture resistance X, (%) of the graphite emulsion coated on the outside of the color picture tube is calculated according to formula (1): X, = the number of unpeeled test pieces × 100
5 Moisture resistance test of the conductive graphite emulsion coated on the outside of the black and white picture tube 5.1 Prepare two coating test pieces according to the steps of 4.1.2.1 to 4.1.2.3 in GB/T15064.3. 5.2 Dry the test piece naturally for 20 minutes, put it in a drying oven at 105~110℃ for drying for 20 minutes, and cool it naturally for 1Q minutes. 5.3 Soak the test piece in room temperature water for 24 hours, take it out and dry it naturally, then put it in a drying oven at 105~110℃ for baking for 10 minutes. 5.4 According to the steps of 4.2.1 to 4.2.3 in GB/T15064.4, use the cross-hatch method to determine the number of peeled squares. 5.5 The moisture resistance X (%) of the conductive graphite emulsion outside the black-and-white picture tube is calculated according to formula (2): X, = 100-
Wherein: n—-the number of squares transferred to the tape. 5.6 The arithmetic mean of the values measured on the two test pieces is taken as the test result. Additional remarks:
